International Application InformationIf you are an international applicant and your native language is not English, you must have a minimum TOEFL score of 600 (paper based), 250 (computer based), or 100 (iBT - Internet based) taken within the last five years. This test score will be required regardless of your academic background. International applicants must also be able to show personal funding of approximately $30,000 (based on registration of 9 semester hours per term) per year of study, before the International Center will issue an I-20 form. Additional funding is required for family members. You should not count on the receipt of financial assistance to supply this funding requirement. Financial aid is limited; therefore, preference is given to U.S. residents. In addition to the above mentioned personal funding, international applicants, if admitted, will be required to obtain health insurance.
