Michael Dearden is a Senior Vice President and Regional Director for Wachovia Wealth Management in McLean, Virginia. In this role, Mike manages a team of over 50 professionals dedicated to serving the Wealth market in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Wealth team is dedicated to providing high net worth individuals objective guidance and integrated solutions based on their specific situations through a highly personalized relationship with a dedicated relationship manager, backed by an experienced team of advisors. Those advisors include investment management, trust, financial planning, insurance, credit, charitable, and mortgage specialists.

Prior to joining the McLean team, Mike was a senior relationship manager and Partner with the wealth Management team in Orlando, Florida. He joined the First Union Wealth Management Group in 1993 in Orlando, Florida as a relationship manager specializing in medical practices and professional athletes. Mike started his career with Wachovia in the Consumer Associate Program in the retail bank with Atlantic Bank in the Orlando, Florida market.
