Paul T. Aase is the Director of Acquisitions and Development for Roberts Commercial Real Estate. He joined the company in April 1995 after beginning his real estate career as a commercial appraiser in January 1990. While at Roberts, prior to his capacity as Director of Acquisitions, Paul facilitated numerous transactions in the office, retail, industrial and land categories, and is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club for the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS. Since their first acquisition in November 1995, his team has acquired and developed over $110,000,000 in commercial projects in metropolitan Atlanta. Mr. Aase is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM Institute, serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, and is a graduate of Leadership Forsyth. He attended Florida State University, where he received Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate. Paul lives in Cumming, Georgia with his wife and two children, Caroline and Meredith.
