Christopher currently owns and manages IANSITI Performance Group, Inc. a multi-million dollar consulting firm based in Atlanta. The firm has over 12 years experience designing and implementing highly customized and tailored learning programs focusing on the following components: assessments, training, performance coaching and team building. Specialty areas include operational leadership skill building for senior managers, mid-management and front-line employees. Industry expertise includes travel and transportation services, telecommunication and financial services. Additional expertise and subject knowledge sophistication exists for customer contact / call center sales, service, coaching and development.

A multi-disciplinary team is formed to meet the uniqueness of each client engagement. Performance consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, project managers, educational and corporate psychologists and motivational speakers are often used.
