A veteran of thirty years with Quaker/Pepsico and now President & CEO—Test Tools,Inc., Ken has driven revenue and profit turnarounds in a majority of organizations he’s led by rethinking existing business models, building top tier teams and executing the fundamentals. Ken possesses proven sales and general management skills in addition to a broad business perspective gained through numerous cross functional assignments in marketing, finance, and strategic planning.
Ken’s more notable accomplishments include co-designing/implementing an $8B Pepsico Division U.S. sales organization, which led to $700MM+ growth contribution in 2005/2006; overcoming declining trends and customer bankruptcies to drive two year QTG South Region growth by $300MM; launching Quaker’s first Customer Business Center – a then unique "P&L" approach to growing customer revenues and profits; and finally, founding Anewda LLC, a company that acquires mid-tier businesses with the intent of driving exponential top and bottom line growth.

Ken earned his MBA from Northwestern University – Chicago, Illinois and a BS Marketing degree from Florida State University. Further, Ken believes in continual self development evidenced his recent completion of several programs including Harvard University’s Executive Leadership Seminar. He enjoys "cheering for all things FSU", taking family vacations with his wife and three kids, golf, fitness and movies. Ken is an active member of Northpoint Community Church and is also Chairman of FSU’s College of Business Board of Governors.
