Hospitality Education Program Library

Operated by the State of Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation Hotels & Restaurants Division, the HEP Center contains thousands of training materials, texts, videos, trade publications and research references available to students and industry personnel.

The Resource Center has existed since 1961 and is now housed on the second floor of University Center Building B near our Hospitality classrooms.

This resource center is a valuable information source for our students and faculty.
