Position Details
Begin your career as a Recruiter
- Hands-on, on-the-job training program gives you a 360 degree business view of Insight Global’s recruiting, sales and business practices
- Conduct phone screens, personal interviews and reference checks to qualify consultants for open positions
- Develop sales, relationship and account management skills with a mentor in the Account Manager role
Promotion to Account Manager Position in an average of 6-8 months
- Present our staffing service to managers as a resource for their hiring needs, and earn uncapped commission for each placement you make
- Build and maintain relationships with managers at Fortune 500 and 1000 company clients
- Entertain managers at lunch, dinner, ball games, after work cocktails concerts, etc.
Compensation and Benefits
- Average compensation with base plus commission: 1st yr-$47k, 2nd yr-$78k, and 3rd yr $103k
- Base salary + commission
- Expense account for company spending
- Car and Cell phone allowance
