Patrick Kelly, president of Rubin Real Estate in Clearwater, Fla., has been selected to receive "The Network's Award" by the Center for Real Estate Education & Research at The Florida State University. The award is given annually to one person in recognition of his or her enduring and significant contributions to the Real Estate Program at Florida State.

Kelly, who has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and management, is responsible for maintaining client relationships, new business development and production, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of his company.
