Patrick Kelly with Rubin Real Estate honored by COB's Real Estate Center


Patrick Kelly, president of Rubin Real Estate in Clearwater, Fla., has been selected to receive "The Network's Award" by the Center for Real Estate Education & Research at The Florida State University. The award is given annually to one person in recognition of his or her enduring and significant contributions to the Real Estate Program at Florida State.

Kelly, who has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and management, is responsible for maintaining client relationships, new business development and production, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of his company. Rubin Real Estate is a commercial real estate services provider offering a full range of services for office, industrial, land, manufacturing flex space, and asset solutions.

The Center for Real Estate Education & Research, located in the College of Business at Florida State, is established to enhance the university's real estate program; expand student opportunities; and engage the program's alumni, as well as its academic and professional constituencies.
