Southeast Investment Properties, LLC (“SIP”) is a commercial real estate company formed in 1996 by Steven C. Smith. Mr. Smith has been in the commercial real estate business in Atlanta since 1985 and has been involved in development and brokerage transactions valued in excess of $900 million. SIP specializes in mixed-use and industrial projects in Atlanta, Orlando and other major Southeastern markets. Over the past twelve years, SIP has developed over five million square feet of bulk distribution and office/service properties. Additionally, SIP has master planned, financed and developed over 400 acres of mixed-use projects.

The following are current and previously-developed projects: Orlando Gateway; Sugarloaf Centre; Beachline Corporate Center; Buford Distribution Center; Georgia Distribution Center; Airport Distribution Center Three; Progress Distribution Center III; Airport Distribution Center Two: and Airport Distribution Center One.

Smith serves on the executive board of the Center for Real Estate Education & Research at Florida State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University.
