The purpose of my business is to provide business consulting services in the area of space planning. I took drafting courses in High School and found a part time job with a space planning company. I enjoyed the business and founded my company in May 2008. I have completed space plans for a number of commercial realty company such as CB Richard Ellis, CMI and Davis Marcus Partners. I have become proficient in preparing space plans for medical space, retail and office design. My skills with my space planning business has provided me with a better understanding of the "space needs" a Tenant may have or want as well as an understanding of the Landlord's perspective to deliver or lease different types of space plans.
