Diahann W. Lassus is President of Lassus Wherley & Associates, P.C., a
wealth management firm with offices in New Providence, New Jersey, and Naples,
Florida.
Lassus has focused on finance since 1970 through her experience with Blue
Cross-Blue Shield of Florida, Western Electric, and several AT&T organizations
before co-founding Lassus Wherley & Associates in 1985. She is an accomplished
author and lecturer with articles appearing in newspaper financial columns and
other financial interest publications. Lassus appears regularly on CNBC
and is often quoted in many national publications including the Wall Street Journal,
USA Today and Investors Business Daily.
In 1998, President Bill Clinton appointed her to the Retirement Savings Summit
in Washington, D.C. From 1994-97, Lassus served on the Certified Financial
Planners Board of Standards, Board of Governors. She was named one of Worth
Magazine’s Top Financial Advisors an unprecedented four times. Medical
Economics Magazine listed Lassus among the 120 Best Financial Advisors for Doctors.
Lassus has been profiled in Dow Jones Investment Advisor Magazine and the Journal
of Financial Planning.
Lassus graduated with her BS in Management from the Florida State University
in 1976 and her MBA from the University of North Florida in 1977.
