Robin Saunders is the Managing Director of WestLB's European Asset Securitisation and Principal Finance group, a division of Westdeutsche Landesbank, one of Europe's leading banking groups. Saunder's group specializes in acquisition and securitisation financings of strong cashflow businesses in a variety of sectors: intellectual property - data libraries, films, broadcasting rights; utilities (water, telecom, electricity); various categories of consumer finance; real estate and others.
Saunders has been active in securitisation and principal finance in Europe for 11 years and three years previously in the United States. Her client/partner list spans 12 countries and a variety of industries. She currently serves on several boards including Formula One Holdings, the holding company of Formula One Administration which exclusively holds the commercial rights to the Formula One Grand Prix races. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Saunders graduated from Florida State University in 1984.
