About Us



Who we are and what we do:

We introduce students to various hotels in the southeast region and major cities in the US, build networking contacts for students at highly respected resorts, and introduce students to real life hotel work environments.

Our organization introduces hospitality students with interest in the hotel industry to various highly rated hotels through the use of hotel shadowing trips. On these trips, students experience the roles, tasks, and functions of a department manager at the property first hand by following them around. By the end of the day, students will gain a personal insight of what a career in that area would entail.

Membership Requirements: Be a registered Hospitality major, pay membership dues, and purchase a nametag.

Dues: $50/yr or $35/semester and $15 for Hospitality Department Nametag

The Florida Lodging Association is a registered student organization of FSU.
